Terri P. Copeland is an accomplished real estate broker, community leader, speaker, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience serving clients throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and beyond. As a Broker Associate with LoKation Real Estate, she specializes in residential real estate, relocation services, luxury properties, and strategic real estate consulting.

Throughout her career, Terri has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results. Her dedication to client success has led to consistent recognition as a top-producing real estate professional, with the majority of her business generated through referrals from satisfied clients and trusted industry partners. She holds the Accredited Relocation Specialist designation and earned a Luxury Specialist designation, reflecting her commitment to providing expert guidance across a wide range of real estate transactions.

She has served in leadership positions with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and the Empire Board of Realtists, where she has championed initiatives focused on education, advocacy, and increasing Black homeownership. Her service also extends to the Atlanta Realtors Association through committee leadership and professional standards work.

A passionate advocate for community engagement, Terri has served as President of the Atlanta West End Rotary Club and President of the West End Neighborhood Organization.
